How a typical airline pilot assessment is structured
- Aptitude and psychometric testing (numerical, spatial, multitasking, personality).
- A simulator assessment, usually on a Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 type device, focused on handling, procedures, workload and CRM.
- A technical and competency-based interview, sometimes with group exercises.
