All flights are operated by fully licensed, certified, and registered third-party operators who maintain full operational control of the aircraft at all times.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/b>\nBecause SKY AVIATION operates strictly as an intermediary, our refund and cancellation policies are governed by the following conditions:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"8\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Operator Policies:<\/b> Any cancellation of a booked charter flight is strictly subject to the specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the third-party aircraft operator executing the flight. These specific terms will be outlined in your individual charter agreement at the time of booking.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Operator Refunds:<\/b> If a cancellation qualifies for a partial or full refund under the operator\u2019s policies, SKY AVIATION will facilitate the return of those funds to you.
