Role as Intermediary SKY AVIATION acts solely as an intermediary (broker) between you (the customer) and third-party aircraft operators or service providers. SKY AVIATION does not own, maintain, or operate aircraft, nor do we directly provide the charter services. All flights are operated by fully licensed, certified, and registered third-party operators who maintain full operational control of the aircraft at all times.
Refund and Cancellation Policy Because SKY AVIATION operates strictly as an intermediary, our refund and cancellation policies are governed by the following conditions:
Operator Policies: Any cancellation of a booked charter flight is strictly subject to the specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the third-party aircraft operator executing the flight. These specific terms will be outlined in your individual charter agreement at the time of booking.
Operator Refunds: If a cancellation qualifies for a partial or full refund under the operator’s policies, SKY AVIATION will facilitate the return of those funds to you. However, SKY AVIATION is not liable for disbursing any refund until the funds have been successfully returned to us by the third-party operator.
Intermediary Fees: Unless otherwise explicitly stated in your charter contract, any service, brokerage, or intermediary fees charged directly by SKY AVIATION for facilitating the booking are non-refundable once the charter agreement is executed.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website, or in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
Restricted access
If SKY AVIATION provides you with a user ID and password granting you access to restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential.
SKY AVIATION may disable your user ID and password at their sole discretion and may do so without notice or explanation.
User content

Without prejudice to SKY AVIATION’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, SKY AVIATION may take such action as SKY AVIATION deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your Internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Delaware, USA and Republic of Turkiye, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Delaware, USA and Republic of Turkey.
